The man is extremely arrogant. If the other judges approve someone he doesn't, he gets into a fight and takes it personally. He thinks he is the Simon Cowell of the show and is the boss of the show. He is a music director, I don't think he should talk over people who have more experience in singing. If I was the producer of the show, Id throw him out.
